Turn off browser notifications about unlocking funds

It would be a good idea to remove the notifications about funds being unlocked or add a feature to turn off these notifications. They used to be useful when funds were credited immediately and there was no 7-day trade lock—you could wait for the notification after a sale and then immediately buy something or withdraw funds. Now, though, these notifications serve no purpose; they’re just a distraction.
