Buy Orders for Alpha Skins

Currently, it is impossible to buy alphaskins via an order—neither intentionally nor accidentally. I propose adding a separate order type called “Alphaskins Only.”

Such an order should buy exclusively Alpha Skins, and owners will be able to sell them directly through active orders. This will increase the liquidity of Alpha Skins, speed up transactions, and bring Market.CSGO additional turnover and commission.
