If the seller cancels the trade, impose a penalty on him, and if there is no money on the balance, take him to minus and block sales until the minus is returned

Can you consider the following suggestion to improve the system for money compensation in case of canceled trades: At the moment, money compensation is only implemented when I buy an item and then cancel the trade. I get a compensation. Ok. But if they cancel the trade when I buy, they just give me a refund for the purchase and a 30 day styme ban to the person who canceled it. But agree, up to 7 days of balance downtime and eventually just refund the money. And what if: in the case of canceling the trade from the seller he will be returned the thing, but from his balance on the site is withdrawn 20% of the purchase price, and if there is no money on the balance, there is a debt on the site. If he wants to continue to sell, then as soon as the money appears on the balance - immediately the debt is written off. Or let him not sell anymore.

New and unique solution to the problem of returning skins

I want to share an idea that could make trading skins even more convenient. Currently, when you make a deposit or an exchange, the funds are blocked for 7 days. This is logical from a security standpoint, but it may not always be comfortable for users. What if we added a Trust Fund? How will it work? 1. You deposit skins or money into the Trust fund on the platform. 2. When selling skins, the amount is reserved, but not blocked for a week. 3. If the transaction is successful, the reserve is simply unlocked back into your fund. 4. If not - the funds are deducted. The advantages of this solution: ✔ Less frozen funds — you can manage your balance more freely. ✔ Faster trades - no need to wait for new transactions to be unlocked. ✔ Security - the system still protects against fraud. I think this functionality would make trading even more convenient. What do you think?
